Our opportunity to open a restaurant came in 2019 when we found the perfect location for a small French-style bistro. Our goal was to bring unique, made-from-scratch breakfast and lunch food to our hometown of Rio Rancho, as well as develop a restaurant work culture that centered on professional respect, empowerment, and personal growth. The name comes from our children – their middle names – and in October of 2019 Lily and Liam Bistro officially opened!
