Registration and payment

  • How do I register for a class?
You can register online through our website or in person at Lily and Liam Bistro or Upscale Rio. Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for online registration. Gift certificates can also be used during the checkout process. Cash ticket purchases in house only.
  • How will I know my registration is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email with your class details after your registration is complete. There is no need to print this email; simply provide your name to the instructor upon arrival.

Before and during the class

  • Do I need to bring anything with me?
No, all necessary ingredients, equipment, and recipes will be provided. Just bring your enthusiasm and be ready to cook!
  • What should I wear?
For comfort and safety, we recommend wearing closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing. You will be provided with an apron to wear during the class.
  • Are the classes hands-on or demonstration-based?
Most classes are hands-on, with active participation from all students. The instructor will demonstrate techniques, and then you will have the opportunity to practice them as you cook your meal.
  • What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at least 48 hours before the class begins. While we will do our best to accommodate needs, we cannot guarantee special accommodations for last-minute requests or separate cooking stations.
  • Can I eat the food we cook?
Yes! Each class is different, but we will eat what we make. Most importantly we will eat as we go too, so come hungry.
